Delivery Information
There are no delivery costs for orders over £55 in the UK.
For orders that do not qualify for free delivery and weigh less than 2Kg the standard UK delivery charge is £3.95.
Occasionally other charges are incurred so we reserve the right to alter these charges. However, we will always confirm any additional charges prior to the dispatch of your purchases should they be different from the above.
Delivery costs for Express delivery or items outside the UK are shown below.
Packaging
Your purchases are carefully checked to ensure they are in perfect condition (as far as we can tell without actually opening packaging) before they are packaged. Goods are dispatched in the most appropriate sized box or jiffy bag and marked fragile if appropriate. To protect your purchases in transit we reuse packing materials from deliveries made to us where possible.
Free UK Standard Delivery
If your purchase qualifies for free delivery the cost is automatically reduced to £0 and your purchases are posted by Royal Mail 1st Class post.
If you would like to ensure the fastest delivery possible you can change this selection back to Express and the Express Delivery charge will be added back in.

Orders processed by 1pm should be received the next day but this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. |
| Express Delivery |
Orders received before 1pm Monday to Thursday should arrive before 1pm the next day. Orders received before 1pm on Friday should arrive by 1pm Monday. |
| Outside the UK Delivery |
Typically allow 5 days for Europe (but it could take 2 weeks) and up to 8 weeks elsewhere. |
International Delivery
We will aim to deliver to most areas in the world but we reserve the right not to accept orders for delivery to certain areas. Where additional costs are incurred by us prior to dispatch we will notify you giving you the chance to cancel your order. In addition to this you may be charged additional import costs when items arrive which will remain your responsibility.
Item not Received
In the unlikely event that your item is not received please Contact us immediately and we will sort the matter out as quickly as possible or in any event within 2 weeks of making the purchase. We will work with you to ensure the matter is resolved satisfactorily.
We cannot accept claims for undelivered items more than 4 weeks after the purchase.
Gift Wrap Service
If you would like your purchase gift wrapped and sent with a specific message, then this option is available at the checkout stage of your purchase. Select the option and your package will be beautifully wrapped and tied with ribbon and your message will be attached to the gift before it is packaged for dispatch.
Damage in Transit
Although it does not happen often if your delivery arrives showing signs of damage in transit please Contact Us immediately and also refer to our Returns policy.
