Accounts and data security
Q: Do I have to set up an account to buy from you?
A: Yes you do but an account is merely your name and address along with an email address and password for logging in purposes.
Q: What information do I need to provide to set up an account with you?
A: An email address, a password, then your address that matches the address on a payment card that you intend to pay for your purchase with. All of this information can be changed by logging into your account.
Q: What do you do with the information I provide?
A: We only use the information you provide to process your order, so the delivery address is used for postage, your billing address is used by our payment processing provider to check that your payment card details are acceptable. Once your purchase has been sent to you, your account details are not used again.
Q: Do you store my card details?
A: No, all card details are retained and held by our payment processing provider SagePay. Only the last four digits of your card are passed to us.
Q: Is the information I provide safe?
A: SagePay is the UK's leading provider of payment processing services and meets all industry standards of security. Your card details are retained by SagePay and are not shared with us. Your personal account information is held in accordance with UK Data Protection standards.
Q: Can I remove objects from my basket?
A: Yes, either alter the quantity to 0 or just press delete.
Stock
Q: Do you carry everything on the website in stock?
A: With very few exceptions yes. When an item goes out of stock it is marked as such on the website. In the event that we get this wrong and you buy something which is out of stock we will try to contact you as soon as possible and give you the choice to cancel the transaction and have a full refund or give you an expected date for delivery.
Payment and Cards
Q: What cards do you accept?
A: We can currently accept the following cards issued by UK banks where settlement is in British Pounds Sterling: Visa, Visa Delta/Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, UK Maestro, Solo.
Q: What currency do you accept?
A: At present we only accept payment in British Pounds Sterling.
Q: Do you store my card details?
A: No, all card details are retained and held by our payment processing provider SagePay. Only the last four digits of your card are passed to us.
Vouchers and Discount Codes
Q: Can I redeem gift vouchers online?
A: Unfortunately no. Gift vouchers purchased in store can only be redeemed in store.
Q: How do I use Discount Codes?
A: During the checkout process you will be asked to enter the code you would like to use. Make sure you click on ?Apply Discount'. The discount is deducted from the value of your goods.
Delivery
Q: How does the gift wrap service work?
A: If there is anything you want gift wrapped select the option during the checkout process. The gift wrap is added to your purchase and you can enter any message that you would like to go with it. Don't forget to click 'Update Basket' to make sure its added to your purchase. Remember, if you make multiple purchases the gift wrapped item it sent with the other purchases to the address you provide. Make the purchases separately if you would like them sent to different addresses.
Q: I have selected 'Collect in Store' as a delivery option. When can I get my purchases?
A: As soon as we have accepted your order and emailed you to confirm that your order has been processed your goods are set aside ready for collection. If you have selected the option by mistake please contact us and we can arrange to charge you the relevant postage cost and have the goods sent to you.
Q: Do you deliver free to BS20 post codes?
A: Yes, but this can only be arranged in store. Please stop by and let us know the time and address that you want your items delivered.
Q: Can I have goods delivered to a different address to my card address?
A: Yes, you can. If you have created an account, you are presented with your billing address. If the billing address is correct click 'Use this billing address' and you then have the option to enter a different address for shipping.
