Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return your purchase in its original condition for a replacement or full refund.

Please Contact Us immediately in the event of you needing to return an item.

Returns can be posted or returned to the store during opening hours to:

When returning items the parcel and its contents remain your responsibility so we advise you to retain a certificate of posting which is available from the Post Office for your own records.

Refunds will be actioned once we have received the goods and we aim to process all refunds within 3 days of receiving the goods.

Exchanges or refunds can be dealt with in store. Please bring with you the packing slip that comes with your on line purchase as proof of purchase.

If exchanges are dealt with by post, postage will be charged when items are re-sent.

Goods that are not received back in perfect saleable condition (excluding transit damaged items) may not be eligible to a full refund.  Should this be the case we will contact you to resolve the matter.
